    Motoradopts the international popular box-type structure. Frame and endshield are weldedtogether by steel plates. It has a good rigidity and light weight. After removethe shield (or cooler), the inside of motor can be touched and observed. It ismore convenient for installation and maintenance. The stator adopts outsidepressure structure. Stator winding adopts class F insulation and corona protectionmaterials. Winding ends are fixed with special binding technology, which aremore solid and reliable. Whole stator is processed by vacuum pressure varnishedclass F solvent-free paint (VPI).  As aresult, the motor has a reliable insulation performance and well protectedagainst moisture and shock.

    Thereare two kinds of motor squirrel cage rotor, aluminum casting and copper bar. Aluminumrotor is reliable with perfect casting. And for copper bar rotor, with intermediatefrequency welding, guide bar and end ring are connected perfectly. Then copper bar is fastened bygroove binding process with high reliability.
